Operation Log
In order to manage the operation records in DM Hub more efficiently, the system supports recording operation logs. Admins can view the operation records of all users under the current tenant in the operation log in convenience to better coordinate and manage.
note:
Only admins can view the operation log. Non-admins cannot see this function.
The operation log only records the records of manual operations in the system, and does not record operations through API.
1.View Operation Log
Click the upper right corner of the system and click [Operation Log] to enter the log record interface. Admin can view the operation records of all users.
1.1The Main Content of Operation Log
The following items are mainly recorded in the operation log:
User: The user of the recorded operation
Role: The role of the user
Organization: The organization of the user
Functional modules: functional modules operated by user
Operation type: what operation the user performed, such as delete, create, modify, import, etc.
Content: Some functions will record what the user has specifically operated, such as which WeChat Page was operated and which customer has been deleted. The content ID is displayed under the content name to facilitate follow-up tracking
Operation time: the time when the operation occurred
1.2 View User Operation Logs by Organization
If data permission is activated in the tenant, operation log can be viewed by organization. Select the organization on the left to view the operation log of the users under the organization.
1.3Filtering operation log
The operation log can be searched by entering user, operation content, and functional modules.
The operation log can also be filtered according to operation type and operation time.

WeChat Page: Create/copy, edit, delete

3.Exporting Operation Log
Operation log can be exported.
1）Choose the date you want to export, you can choose the last 7 days, the last 30 days, the last 90 days, and today defined in the system, or you can customize the time period.
2）Click download to export the operation log of the selected time period.
