Membership
1.Overview
The DM Hub Members provides a complete membership management system, including membership level, membership point management, membership registration page, WeChat membership card and other features to increase customer loyalty, reinforce membership benefits and drive repeat sales.
2.Membership level
Membership level is the division of membership loyalty. In membership marketing, marketing strategies may vary according to membership level. The following mainly explain how to set the membership level in the DM Hub Members.
2.1Membership level setting
There is a switch button at the top of the membership level setting page. Once it is turned off, DM Hub only record the membership level without any membership upgrade settings. At this point, companies can transfer the membership level data from their own membership systems to DM Hub by calling the API. When it is turned on, you can set rules for membership level calculation and upgrade as follows.
Note: Once the button is turned on and the membership level rules take effect, it is not allowed to turn it off.2.11level setting
The membership level preset by DM Hub is the default lowest level. Newly registered members will enter this level by default if they have not obtained member experience. Click New Member Level to add a higher membership level and set upgrade rules as follows:
- Level name:name of the membership level, such as: Bronze Member
- Experience threshold:the experience points at which the membership level upgrade is triggered
- Upgrade rules:choose one of the following two options as the condition to trigger the upgrade rule: the experience points gained in the last X (Please set a specific value) months reach the threshold, or the accumulated experience points reach the threshold
After setting all the levels, click Save and Release, and the level of all members will be recalculated.
Note: During the calculation process, the level-related settings are not allowed to be modified.It should be noted that when calculating the level of a certain member, the level that the member meets will be matched from high to low.2.12 Membership level calculation mechanism
2.121Recalculation Mechanism
You can also set up regular recalculation of membership levels:
- Set level recalculation date:The membership level will be recalculated at 0 o'clock on the calculation day of every cycle.
- When the experience points change:Set whether to adjust the level immediately when the experience points change,which can be set to:Adjust the level in real time, Only allow upgrade, No level adjustment.
2.122Validity Period Mechanism
For each upgrade, the member can maintain the level for a certain period of time. When the validity period is reached, the level will be recalculated.
Note: If the upgrade rule of a certain level is set to the accumulated experience value reaches the threshold, it will be permanently effective after the upgrade and will no longer be affected by the validity period.The validity period mechanism is set as follows:
Validity period:how long is the validity period of the level after each upgrade
- The day after X months:If set to the day after 6 months, the validity period after the upgrade is 6 months
- The end of the month after X months:If set to the end of the month after 6 months, the upgrade will be valid until the end of the month after 6 months
- Permanently effective:this level will be retained forever after the upgrade
After Expiration:When the member level expires, the member level needs to be recalculated. The recalculation period can be set, and the level to which the experience points obtained by the member during the rule period reach,the member will be adjusted to the corresponding level.
- According to the recalculation cycle of the upgrade rules:when the membership level expires, the level will be recalculated according to the upgrade rules set in the Member Level Settings.
- From the upgrade date to the present:the level to which the experience points obtained by the member since the last upgrade reach,the member will be adjusted to the corresponding level.
2.2How to Get Experience Points
Member experience points are related to the upgrade of membership levels. There are two ways to obtain experience points, consumption and interaction. You can also select a member attribute field to record member experience values within a certain time range for subsequent squery or grouping.
2.21Experience points gained by consumption
Basic rule :Get experience points through consumption.Set how many experience points will be obtained for every RMB spent
For example, if set to get 10 experience points for every 10 yuan spent, you will get 20 experience points when you spend 29 yuan cumulatively (29/10=2.9, the integer is 2, 2*10=20). If a refund occurs, experience points will be deducted accordingly.
Restrictions can be added to limit whether the goods consumed are included in the scope of calculating the experience point of consumption.
Whitelist
Only purchase products that meet any of the following conditions can obtain experience points. The experience point will be calculated according to the actual payment amount of the product in the Order Line. Products can be filtered based on the product name and product ID conditions.
Blacklist
Members will not be able to get experience points if purchase products that meet any of the following conditions.Products can be filtered based on the product name and product ID conditions.
2.22Experience points gained by interaction
Gain experience points through behavioral interaction. Set the experience points for the interactive event, and the customer will get the corresponding experience points when the interactive behavior occurs.
In order to avoid maliciously brushing experience points, you can limit the daily/monthly or accumulative number of times to get experience points through this event.
3.Member Points
As a means of promotion and incentive measures, member points play a very important role in membership marketing. The following will mainly explain how to set member point rules in DM Hub.
3.1Basic rules of member points
Set the validity period of member points, which can be set to expired on a fixed date or permanently effective:
- Expires on January 1st after 0 years:all points earned by the member will expire on the next nearest January 1
- Expires on January 1 after 1 year:points earned by members will remain valid for at least 1 year, and one year later, they will expire on the nearest January 1st.
How to Get Member Points
To set the methods of getting member points, please refer to how to get experience points in the section of Membership Level.
3.3Member Points Alarm Mechanism
Under the abnormal points monitoring mechanism, when the points earned by a member within 1 day exceed the set threshold, it will be regarded as an abnormal situation, and its membership status attribute will be modified as Abnormal Member.
In this case, it can be set to prohibit the abnormal member from earning points or redeem points.
Set the mailbox for receiving abnormal situation alarms, and every day at 0:00, the abnormal point changes detected in the previous day will be sent to the designated mailbox.
4.Coupon
In the DM Hub Members, you can create and issue coupons for members only, and manage the inventory and validity period of the coupons.
Note: The DM Hub does not support the feature of redeeming coupons. It needs to be connected with third-party systems such as online member mall stores or offline POS for the members to use the coupons.4.1New Coupons
Click Members-Coupon-New Coupon, the new coupon settings are as follows:
- Coupon style:Click Switch the Coupon Style on the left side of the page to select the basic style and theme color of the coupon.
- Coupon types:choose from Vouchers, Discount Coupons and Gift Coupons.
- Coupon name:the internal name of the coupon in the DM Hub, not visible to members.
- Coupon title:the title on the coupon page when the coupon is distributed.
- Coupon subtitle:the subtitle on the coupon page when the coupon is distributed.
- Validity period:can be set to expire on a fixed date or to be valid for a period of time after received.
- Expire on Specific Date:The coupon will only be valid for the set time period,Such as 2021.1.1-2021.1.5,(including January 1 and January 5)
- Expire on Relative Data:Set the effective date and validity period after the coupon is received. For example, it will take effect on the day after receiving it, and it will be valid for 30 days.
- Inventory:set the quota of the coupon, the upper limit is 9999999999.
- Per person limit:set the upper limit of the number of coupons that each member is allowed to receive.
- Instructions for use:detailed usage rules displayed on the coupon display page.
- Deduction Amount/Discount Intensity:set the deductible amount of vouchers and the discount intensity of discount coupons.
- Min Charge:set the minimum consumption for the use of coupons.
- Designated products:you can specify the products available for the coupon (you can upload the product id or sku id)
- Additional fields:by setting key values and variables, you can customize other coupon usage rules
4.2Redeem Coupons
Redemption Method: Choose from Online Store Redemption and Offline Store POS Redemption.
If you select the Online Store Redemption, a button of Go to the Store to Use will appear on the coupon page, and the jump link can be configured through Goods Link.
A corresponding coupon id can be configured for both Online Store Redemption and Offline Store POS Redemption. And the coupon can be redeemed in accordance with the corresponding internal system coupon usage rules when customers use the coupon.
5. Member Registration Page
Create membership registration pages according to different marketing scenarios. The following briefly explains how to create a member registration page in the DM Hub.
5.1New Member Registration Page
Before creating a new member registration page, you need to create a WeChat page containing a form module and edit the style of the WeChat page, which can be used as a template when creating a new member registration page.
- Select WeChat Page as Template:select an existing WeChat page from the drop-down box as the template for the member registration page.
- Registration Page Name:It is recommended to set the name according to the usage scenario of the registration page
- Page Title:The page title that is visible when the customer visits the page
- WeChat Service Account:If the page needs to be spread in WeChat, an official account needs to be associated to identify the user
- WeChat Page Authorization:If selected, when a non-official account fan visits the page for the first time, it will request authorization to obtain basic WeChat information
- WeChat Spread and Sharing:Set the title, abstract, and cover image of the page when it is forwarded in the WeChat Moments or WeChat conversation box
- Registration Form Fields:set the information that needs to be collected during member registration , ((mobile phone number is required and needs to be verified)),and the order of the fields can be moved by dragging
- After the form is submitted:configure the link to jump to after submitting the registration page
- Member Access to This Page:Customers are not allowed to register as members repeatedly. Customers who have been identified as members will be directly redirected to the set link address when they visit this page
After setting the above information, click Release.
5.2Registration Source Tracking Settings
In order to track member registration from different sources, source parameters can be added to the member registration page link.
In the member registration page list, click the QR code in the Spread column, and then click Go to Settings in the pop-up window to create a new trackable URL, and you can set the marketing activities, source, and source content parameters for the member registration page link.
Note: After setting these parameters and putting them out, customers register through this page, and the source parameters will be recorded in the three fields of Enrollment Source, Enrollment Content Source and Membership Marketing Activities.5.3Query and Filter Members
In the member registration page list, you can see the corresponding registration data, as shown below:
You can also filter registered members through advanced customer filtering, as shown in the figure below (the source of registration, source content and marketing activities can be restricted through event attributes).
6.Wechat Membership Card
DM Hub not only supports registering customers as members through the membership registration page but also supports Wechat membership card,advantages of using a Wechat membership card are as follows:
- Easy to Spread:Wechat official account send membership cards in groups or reply with membership card through customer service, also you can insert a membership card on the Wechat page for customers to get it, or you can set up a QR code with parameters for getting the membership cards to spread offline.
- Superior Experience:The activation page of Wechat membership card, customer mobile phone number, and other information support automatic crawling; the cover of the membership card is a member center and supports quickly pulling the payment interface; the membership card can be placed on the Wechat card package to facilitate quick access; the change of points level supports template message notification.
6.1Create a Wechat Membership Card
Click: Member>>Wechat membership Card>>New Membership Card (if you have created a membership card before, you can choose an existing membership card), you can design the card cover of your Wechat membership card here.
After the basic information of the card is set, click Next to continue to configure the form fields for activating the membership card, because generally, customers need to fill in the basic information to activate the membership card after receiving the membership card.
6.2Launch Wechat Membership Card
Click Submit for Review, wait for Wechat review, you can distribute the membership card out after approval, copy the link of applying for the card and place it on the other pages or the Wechat official account menu. you can also choose to spread the Wechat Membership Card by generating a QR code with parameters.
You can set the marketing activities, source, and content source parameters for the QR code of applying for WeChat Membership Card.
For customers who successfully get the card and activate the membership by scanning the QR code, their registration Source, registration Content Source, and Membership Marketing Activities will be filled with the corresponding parameter content.
Meanwhile, the DM Hub will also record events related to the WeChat membership card, such as get WeChat card coupons and activate WeChat membership card.
6.3Sync Member Information
After completing the above settings, synchronization of member information can be enabled, and the following information will be synchronized if you turn it on:
- The form information filled in by the customer when activating the membership card will be synchronized to the DM Hub
- The membership points and levels in the DM Hub will be updated to the WeChat membership card
7.Member Settings
7.1Member Attribute Settings
The member attribute fields preset by the system do not support modification and deletion. If you need to manage other member attributes, you can create custom member attributes (up to 48 can be created). The attributes can be text, numeric, and date types. Just fill in the attribute name and ID.
7.2Other settings
Get coupon page setting
When clicks to get the coupon, if the user is identified as not a member, it will jump to a member registration page, and the address of the member registration page needs to be configured.
After the user is registered as a member on the member registration page, the action to be performed after submitting the form set on the registration page will be invalidated, and the user will be redirected to the page for getting coupons.
Experience Points event
Select to Record Member Experience Points Change Events. In addition to recording experience points changes on the timeline of the member details page, it also supports recording the member experience points changes on the timeline of the corresponding customer’s details page.
