Alipay
As an omni-channel marketing system, DM Hub also supports marketing with Alipay Shenghuo Account besides WeChat account. Go to "Marketing Apps" and click on "Alipay" app to open the setting page. (Go to App Market to install if it's not yet installed)
1. Authorization of Alipay
As an original app, "Alipay" can be found in the App Market.
Click on the "Binding Alipay Shenghuo Account" on the top-right corner, and you will be redirected to the login page of alipay.
After the administrator has logged in, select the accounts to be authorized and click on the authorization button. As shown in the graph below:
After successful authorization, all the fans of the authorized Shenghuo account are imported with a new customer identity "Alipay Shenghuo Account", and also tagged with a customer tag, as shown in the graph below:
2. Alipay Template Message
Alipay template messages can be sent from DM Hub after successful authorization.
Go to 【Shenghuo Account Template Message】, 【Manage Templates】 to add or remove templates.
After the templates are added, create tempalate message with one of the template.
Just as with WeChat template message, you can also configure the fields of template, set font color, inserting customer attributes or current time as variable, and insert page link.
The message is completed after saving. Now choose a target group and initiate a mass send.
3. Status of Alipay Shenghuo Account
Please click on 【Update Shenghuo Account Status】 on top-right to update the account status after it's status changed in any way.
