Super Message

1. Overview

Super Message is also known as video message, contains SMS content that can communicate and interact with each other, and is expressed in the way of video, forming a collection of film, sound and text in one. After download, you can send applied mobile phone video messages point-to-point through your mobile phone. The format is mobile video format 3gp, mpg4 and so on. It is a real MMS with video information.

What is realized is that it is not only to meet the general needs of users for communication, entertainment and access to information, but also a new communication experience, interest in life and network and mobile culture that can change the traditional aesthetic way.

Before using the hypertext message application, please read the text message 《Zhuji SMS Text Specification》 carefully.

2. Channel application

Click to download the template of the Super Message signature authorization form, fill in the content, affix the official seal, and send the scanned or photo it to success@convertlab.com for review. The review time is about 1-3 working days.

Super Message quota needs to be purchased separately. Please consult the client manager for details.

3. Install App

4. Create and send

4.1 New SMS

4.1.1 fill in basic information

Super Message name: internal name, used for system backend viewing and management.

Super Message theme: the title of the text message displayed to the customer.

Message type: marketing type or notification type, marketing type will be controlled by message anti-harassment settings.

4.1.2 Editing SMS content

Click on the add section, and select to add text, picture and video. The overall size of the entire SMS content should not exceed 2M.

After editing, you can choose to save the draft or save and review it, and then submit it directly to Zhuji for review.

The approving status is displayed on the list of hypertext messages.

Note: Super Message verification is carried out by the operator. If the content does not conform to the specification, it will not pass, and the audit time may not be certain. Sometimes it is very fast, and it may take 2-3 working days, so be sure to plan the time. Create content in advance and submit it for review to avoid affecting the normal conduct of activities.

4.1.3 send super message

after the content of the SMS message is approved, click the send button and select the group to send.

5. View send data

Check the sending status directly in the SMS list.

View all sent data in the send report.

5.2 customer behavior record

After sending, the customer timeline records the "send super SMS" event, which can be filtered in advanced filtering or analyzed in the analysis center.

6. SMS content grouping management

When there is a lot of SMS content, it can be managed in groups on the SMS list page.
