Cross Analysis
1.Why is cross analysis needed?
DM Hub has two key indicators:
- Profile score: it can evaluate the completeness of their profile information.
- Activity score: it is calculated based on the scores of behavioral events. Cross analysis puts profile score as the X-axis and activity score as the Y-axis to combine the intervals set and obtain the cross-group division.
2.Process guide
There are two types of interval settings for profile score and activity score:
1)1)Divide according to the score. Different intervals can be set for profile score and activity score. Up to 5 intervals can be set. According to the set intervals, customers who are within the interval will automatically cross for different groups of people. At the same time, different analysis groups can be selected for the analysis.
The analysis results are displayed as tabular data by default, and can be switched to interval data display, which is more intuitive. You can view the distribution of cross groups.
The analysis results can display table data and support the download of reports. Click on the number of people to jump to the customer list, which can be saved as a static group for other purposes.
2)Divide according to the scores from high to low ranking. The interval setting can also be based on the ranking of all customers from high to low, and the proportion of users is divided. For example, the top 10% of profile score are classified as the first grade, and the top 10%-30% is the second grade. The analysis results of each gear are displayed by data scores corresponding to the top 10% and the top 10%-30%.
