Conversion interval analysis

1.Why conversion interval analysis is needed?

DM The DM Hub system manages various user behavior data, including WeChat-related events, website-related events, etc. The conversion interval analysis can analyze in detail the length of time between any event selected and the occurrence of another event to know the conversion period of these two events.

2.Analysis guide

1)Set analyzed event:confirm initial event. You can select any event in the DM Hub system for analysis. At the same time, you can limit the cycle time such as analyzing only the behavior events from Monday to Friday, or you can limit the attributes of the selected behavior, such as only analyzing the behavior from source A.

2)Analyze conversion events: limit the final conversion behavior, the system defaults to the [Purchase goods and services] event, and you can also choose any other event as the conversion behavior

3)Analysis dimension: Customers choose customer attributes, event attributes, etc. as the analysis dimensions

4)Analysis time: Limit the time when the initial event occurs. If you check [Limit subsequent events within the time interval] box, the conversion event must also occur within the limited event interval to be counted as a conversion.

  • Maximum: the longest time from initial behavior to conversion behavior
  • Minimum: the shortest time from initial behavior to conversion behavior
  • Median: the middle point between the maximum and minimum
