Path analysis

1. Why is path analysis needed?

DM Hub manages customer behavior data. Path analysis can be used to observe how customer event occurs one after another. Through path analysis, you can clearly understand the customer's behavior path starting with an event or ending with an event (What events happened forward and backward, and how many people?).

2.Process Guide

1)Select analysis group: select a group or filter out a group of people. 2)Analyzed event: choose which event as the starting point, and then you can choose to analyze the preceding behavior of the event (what are the events before the event), or the subsequent behavior (what are the events after the event)

3)Analyzed events: the pre or follow up behavior of the starting point event, which events are included in the scope of analysis. Multiple types of events can be selected

4)Analysis time: limit the analysis time range of the entire path 5) Analysis result: Click [Query] to get the analysis result. You can view which events happened after the initial event or which happened before. If no event occurs before or after the initial event, a part of it will be lost and will be displayed in red.

All figures in the analysis results are counted by times.
