Tag Analysis
1.Why is tag analysis needed?
Tag analysis is divided into customer tag analysis and content tag analysis.
The analysis of customer tags refers to displaying the top20, top30, top50, and top100 tags of customers according to the filter conditions selected, so that you can understand the distribution of tags in the system.
At the same time, based on the analysis results obtained, you can explore further. Selecting one of top tags, then you can find association analysis to see the distribution of associated tags .
The analysis of content tags displays how many times the content tags has been marked during a period of time . It’s displayed in partitions according to the number of markings.
2.Process guide
2.1Customer tag
1)Choose to analysis group
2)Select analysis type: customer tag
3)Tag filtering: select the tags to be analyzed, you can select a certain group of tags or a certain type of tags
4)Result display: You can choose to display all tags or only certain types of tags
5)View the analysis results, click on the number of people, these specific customers can be viewed.
Click [Associated Analysis], you can view which other tags are marked on the customer, and click [Back to the upper level] to return to view the results of the tag analysis.
2.2Content tag
1)Choose to analysis group
2)Select the type of analysis: content tag
3)Tag filtering: select the content tags to be analyzed
4)Display of label results, set the interval of times for result display
5)Set analysis time
6)View the analysis results, click on the specific number to view the corresponding customers’ information.
